Convocation 2023 – for Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 Graduates

Important Instructions

• Students who have graduated in Fall 2022,Spring 2023 and who have to receive the medals in Spring 2019 to Spring 2021 convocation are eligible to register for convocation.
• Convocation Registration Fee is Rs.5,000/- for each graduate and challan form can be generated from account that have been created from the convocation registration link. After depositing fee, login to your convocation portal account, upload paid fee challan, and complete your registration. Registration for convocation is subject to payment of said fee.
• Convocation of CUI, Sahiwal Campus will be held on November 14, 2023 at CUI, Sahiwal Campus. Participation in convocation is subject to registration for convocation. The time and date of convocation is same for all registrants.
• The graduate who fails to upload the paid challan, neither he/she will be issued invitation card for convocation nor allowed to attend convocation.
• The last date for online registration is October 30, 2023 and no request for registration will be considered after the due date. Graduates are required to get themselves registered before the due date and upload the paid challan within due date at convocation portal account.
• A graduate can invite/register two guests (parents/siblings/spouse).Invitation cards for convocation will be issued one day before the convocation. Guests(parents/siblings/spouse), whose CNIC are not provided in Registration form, shall not be issued invitation cards. Invitation cards will not be issued to those guests whose online registration is not completed within due date.
• Please collect attire/gowns in person one day before convocation on payment of Rs.2000/- as security that will be refunded by the vendor after return of gown/attire.
